Synopsis and Plot Summary
A housewife discovers that her husband has been cheating on her with her best friend. She also stumbles across many suspicious details surrounding her younger sister's suicide six years ago. After escaping pursuit, the resurrected wife returns with her wedding ring off to start her revenge.
Bai Yingying (Cherie Chen), a sweet and lovable law student, and the gentlemanly Ding Zhiyuan (Chu Pengxu) get married after graduating from university. Yet everything shatters due to Gu Fei'er (Xu Dan) who turns out to be the other woman. By chance, Bai Yingying (Su Yu) discovers that there may be another truth to her younger sister Bai Jingjing's cause of death six years ago. Gu Fei'er attempts to take Bai Yingying down but fails. The scorned wife endures the betrayal to return to her husband and take revenge on the person who killed her sister. With the help of friends Jin Rui (Ge Shimin) and Jiang Chuan (Tian Zhiheng), a new chapter unfolds.
