Synopsis and Plot Summary
Deliveryman Ji Xiaohu and spirited girl Miao Qingqing unexpectedly travel back to the 1980s to their hometown, Jixiang Village. There, they meet Ji Xiaohu’s young father.
Ji Xiaohu (Deng Chaoyuan) and Miao Qingqing (Sun Rui) are back in the 80's where they meet Ji's father Ji Rongguang (Zhang Xinyao), who is struggling with debt due to his mother's illness. Ji Xiaohu uses his modern knowledge to help his father repay the debt, start a successful business, and win the heart of his future mother, Gao Daxia (Song Rui). Along the way, Ji Xiaohu aids agricultural experts, leading the villagers to prosperity.
