Synopsis and Plot Summary
Bandit leader Ma Dayou kidnaps Princess Jiang Qian'er, only for them to be struck by lightning and magically swap bodies, becoming fatefully linked. Jiang Qian'er wants her body back to marry General Lu Tianxing, while Ma Dayou seeks revenge for his father.
The trio of Princess Jiang Qian'er, bandit Ma Dayou and General Lu Tianxing embark on a comedic and dramatic adventure, entangled in a complex love triangle to survive. The treacherous Prince Ying plots a rebellion, using Ma Dayou's stronghold as a secret base. To uncover the truth behind Ma Dayou's father's death and gather evidence of the rebellion, the three infiltrate Prince Ying's residence. When the rebellion topples the court, Jiang Qian'er is left homeless, and Lu Tianxing is coerced into marrying Prince Ying's daughter to prove his loyalty.
