Synopsis and Plot Summary
The film tells the story of Lo Yat-fung, the Chief Investigator of the ICAC, who is tasked with forming a special team to investigate a case involving senior executives of a startup bank using bank funds to manipulate the cryptocurrency market. They uncover a conspiracy of money laundering and corruption among the bank's top brass. The investigation team becomes embroiled in a power struggle among the elite, facing numerous attacks from mysterious individuals. The chairman of the bank is kidnapped, and the mastermind behind the case remains elusive and enigmatic.
