Synopsis and Plot Summary
Gu Moli and Zhu Jincao faced numerous challenges as they journeyed from their hometown to Shanghai in pursuit of establishing a family. However, marriage brought unexpected difficulties - navigating relationships with their respective parents.
As a married couple, Gu Moli (Tong Yao) and Zhu Jincao (Chen Xiao) faced numerous challenges, from conflicts over personal space and buying a house to disagreements with their parents and between themselves. They realized that many of these issues were of their own making. After undergoing a period of reflection, the couple made the difficult decision to separate. However, with the arrival of the divorce certificate, they realized that their trials were far from over.
