Synopsis and Plot Summary
Qin Fen (Ge You) and Xiaoxiao (Shu Qi) finally tie the knot. However, their honeymoon bliss is short-lived as Xiaoxiao joins a global organization dedicated to environmental protection and remains away for ten years. Fast forward to 2031, to alleviate Qin Fen's prolonged lovesickness, Lao Fan (Fan Wei) assists in crafting a human replica of Xiaoxiao.
As Qin Fen navigates the complexities of bonding with the artificial Xiaoxiao, he finds himself entangled in ambiguous emotions. Conversations with his old friend Mango (Yao Chen) prompt Qin Fen to reevaluate the depth of his enduring love. However, just as he contemplates these feelings, the original Xiaoxiao returns. Now faced with the dilemma of two Xiaoxiaos, Qin Fen grapples with an emotional quandary, torn between the authentic and the artificial.
