Synopsis and Plot Summary
This is a story about a determined woman and a group of young teachers who have just graduated, leading more than a hundred girls to successfully change their lives against the odds.
Principal Zhang (Hai Qing) founded Huaping High School for Girls in Lijiang, Yunnan Province. It afforded young girls from the mountainous region of Southwest China the opportunity to change their destiny through education. A group of girls with an uncertain future gather together because of Principal Zhang. They work hand in hand to overcome obstacles one after another.
