Synopsis and Plot Summary
Lin Xintong, the only daughter of wealthy businessman Lin Guofu, fell in love with a poor man against her father's objections. On the day of their engagement, she is kissed by another man. She hasn't had the time to recover from the shock when she learns that her father has died!
Qin Moyao (Dai Gaozheng) is being accused of Lin Guofu's murder. In order to prove his innocence, he tries to reach out to Lin Xintong (Chen Fangtong) but before he can explain the situation, he gets caught in the conspiracy involving the Lin family. Lin Xintong gradually discovered that her fiancé Chi Sha (Hou Dong) may have relations with Xia Yuwei (Ma Xinyu). She also misjudges Qin Moyao. Overwhelmed by her emotions, she decides to settle things one by one. But when she makes a move to hurt Qin Moyao, she realizes that he was the one silently protecting her all along.
