Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of Cheng Suye, a "profiteer" from modern times, and Zhu Shizhen, a "benevolent doctor" who is inspired to help others.
Cheng Suye (Vivi Chen) is a girl from modern times whose mind is full of strange business ideas. She strays into a mysterious tavern that brings her to ancient times inside the business game of Wild Wolf City. Here, Cheng Suye can finally realize her dream of doing business, but in exchange, she has to find the cause of Qing Lang's death.
Wild Wolf City is a place of superstition. The common people trust in the power of the high priest and shy away from medical treatment. Cheng Suye who descends from the sky finds herself regarded as a goddess who can drive away illness. In order to survive, she has no choice but to keep up the lie as she partners up with Zhu Shizhen (Wang Junhao), a genius doctor from the Central Plains, to cure the city lord's persistent illness.
