Synopsis and Plot Summary

Lin Luxiao is an exceptionally skilled firefighter with a wealth of experience. He is the fire chief of the station on Heping Road in Beixun City. By chance, he is chosen to be the instructor of a reality show aimed at popularizing firefighting knowledge.

While doing the program, Lin Luxiao (Johnny Huang) runs into professional dancer Nan Chu (Zhang Jingyi) whom he rescued from a fire many years ago. Nan Chu likes Lin Luxiao, but he is reluctant to get close to her due to the dangers of his profession. A new generation of young and brave firefighters such as Shao Yijiu (Li Mingjun) and Qin Shiquan (Chen Kang) emerges along with Lou Mingye (Wang Ziqi) who returns to the fire brigade with advanced equipment and technology from abroad.

From the old to the middle-aged to the young, three generations of firefighters work together to fight disasters like fires and earthquakes. Nan Chu and Lin Luxiao also come to acknowledge their true feelings for each other. Facing the most dangerous forest fire, Lin Luxiao and his teammates still choose to forge ahead.
