Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of a deadly duel when a philanthropist offers a 100 million reward to hunt down Hong Kong's biggest drug dealer.
Ever since Dizang (Louis Koo) cooperated with Mexican drug lords to expand his power and orchestrated a series of events in an attempt to dominate the Hong Kong drug market, police officer Lin Zhengfeng (Michael Miu) has been leading his anti-drug trafficking team to hunt down the criminals. Meanwhile, Yu Shuntian (Andy Lau), a philanthropist and financial tycoon who witnessed his father's life ruined by drugs as a child, causes an uproar when he launches a personal war on drugs.
