Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story between a super foodie with extraordinary sense of taste and a genius black-bellied chef out for revenge.
There is no recipe that Ruan Tang (Ivy Chen) can't crack; her nose can even locate delicacies within a 10-mille radius, best of all, Ruan Tang is an expert at acting cute. Ruan Tang comes from an ordinary family that runs a small restaurant. Because of a food competition, her unique taste buds go viral, however, she only wants a quiet life as a foodie.
Chen Moyu (Chen Xiao) is a chef with godly skills, able to replicate any dish after eating it once. He also has acting skills comparable to that of an Oscar-winning actor to be able to hide his long-running plan for revenge. Ruan Tang meeting the delicious Mr. Chen is like a meeting between Eastern and Western food cultures. It's the ultimate showdown of skill that cooks up a sizzling romance. Alas, family grievances turn the sweetness into bitterness, but they might just make chicken soup out of it.
