Despite rumors of cast replacements, many of the original cast return for Joy of Life season 2.
Xiao Zhan does not reprise his role as Yan Bingyun as actor Liu Xingjian takes on the same role.
Gina Jin Chen takes on the character previously played by Han Jiunuo.
