Synopsis and Plot Summary
The story follows Ah Yin and Gu Jin, the son of the true god, as they embark on an adventure to collect the pieces of Fengyin Immortal's soul. By the end of her 27th short-lived existence, Ah Yin stands at Naihe bridge lamenting her fate. Xiuyan tells her there are only two possibilities for her perpetual bad luck: one is that she has offended a powerful god or that she herself is that god.
Ah Yin (Zhao Lusi) scoffs at the thought that the cause of her great misfortune could be that she is someone formidable. Since the ancient world was sealed after the death of Bai Jue Immortal, there has been no formidable figure in the three realms. After a very long time, Ah Yin realizes that there is nothing wrong with Xiuyan's answer.
However, it's a pity that in the Three Realms and Eight Regions a thousand years later, she no longer exists. The last time she jumps into the River of Forgetfulness, she figures out one thing, gods and demons are nothing more than loess between heaven and earth. Fairies, monsters, gods and demons are born in this world, and there will always be a day of annihilation, like hers.
