Synopsis and Plot Summary
A story of the rise of evil crime and the struggle to eradicate it over 20 years follows a high-spirited policeman and a man who was once a fishmonger.
Policeman An Xin (Zhang Yi) has known Gao Qiqiang (Zhang Songwen), an oppressed fishmonger, since the year 2000. As Gao Qiqiang gradually deviates from good, An Xin realizes that the heinous undercurrent behind the social development of Jinghai City ls led by the Gao brothers. Since then, the two parted ways to begin a 20-year conflict between cop and criminal.
In 2021 against the backdrop of the normalization of crime crackdown activities, the central government will launch a thunderous attack. An Xin cooperates with the task force to thoroughly investigate the organized crime committed by the Qiangsheng Group and the umbrella behind them.
