Synopsis and Plot Summary
The human heart is a profound science. People err because they are dominated by emotions like greed, anger, and jealousy. Faced with disappearing evidence and cunning culprits, the forensic team seeks justice for the survivors and for the dead.
Forensic chemist Yu Xingbai (Bosco Wong) works meticuously to find evidence. Hot-blooded policewoman Huo Baoying (Venus Wong) looks up to him, and it leads to a romance that cannot be defined scientifically. Fan Peiqing (Jacky Cai), a senior doctor of forensic medicine, is calm and wise. Roguish doctor Qin Kenan (Tony Hung) has been silentlly looking after her. Jing Haoran (Benjamin Yuen), a senior inspector of the serious crime team, works tirelessly alongside Tan Qianwen (Sisley Choi) in pursuit of the truth.
