Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of a down-and-out artist who is still unknown after more than ten years and suddenly achieves overnight fame due to an old painting from 18 years ago.
Yao Shangqian (Shaun Tam) finally gains fame as a painter after gallery owner Fang Zhihao (Joel Chan) and his wife Song Huiqi (Candice Chiu) find an old painting of his and decide to help him become famous. However, Shangqian couldn't be happy at all. For a moment of vanity, he gave up his principles. Shen Yue (Katy Kung), his former lover, returns to his side once more for the sake of profit. However, a murder occurs and the victim turns out to be Shangqian's wife Zhuang Ruiting (Zoie Tam).
