Synopsis and Plot Summary
A daughter from a medical family accidentally rescues a Tang Dynasty doctor from a painting and the two become physically bound to each other.
Tang Qizi (Chen Yixin) has accidentally rescued Tang Qinjian (Zhu Minxin), the genius doctor of the Tang Dynasty who is trapped in a painting. Because of the connection between the ancestral bracelet she's worn since childhood and his jade pendant, the two must stay within ten feet of each other at all times. As such, Tang Qizi and Tang Qinjian are forced to start their cohabitation. While trying to adapt to modern life, Tang Qinjian teaches Tang Qizi how to become an excellent Chinese medicine practitioner and also finds love.
