Synopsis and Plot Summary
After the Mukden Incident, known in Chinese as the 9.18 Incident, Japan intended to turn Linkou in the Northeast into their first sovereign land outside Japan. They hope to turn Fang Zhenyu into a puppet mayor to achieve the purpose of controlling the town. Luo Tianhua who's a member of Juntong disguises himself as a shop owner and reaches out to Fang Zhenyu with the goal of forming an alliance no matter what it takes.
