Synopsis and Plot Summary
In order to surpass her rival, female cartoonist Bi Shiye agrees to continue the serial comic "Thou Shalt Not Love" on behalf of "Xiao De" who's disappeared.
Bi Shiye (Li Meng) agrees to a request from art director Qiu Qiangu (Yang Yingge) where her rival "Xiao De" works to become a ghostwriter for them. At this time, Bi Shiye's two best friends, Mila (Zei Mire) and Lei Zhenzi (Xiang Xiejing), both encounter relationship problems. Mila is a goody two shoes who has always been submissive to her childhood boyfriend and rarely has her own opinions; Lei Zhenzi is a model focused on her career. She refuses to fall in love but starts to have feelings for bodyguard Wu Qin (Ma Boqian). Meanwhile, Mila has grown tired of having no self worth.
Bi Shiye observes the emotional journey of the two girlfriends and continues the "Thou Shalt Not Love" comic based on their stories. She also falls in love with Qiu Qiangu. The three ladies support each other and mature together along the way to gain their own happiness.
