Synopsis and Plot Summary
A "doppelgänger" website allows two unrelated strangers to connect due to their similarities in appearance. It has enabled lawyer Gao Shoucheng who found his old lover online after she's been missing for many years to recruit a man as his substitute.
Shoucheng (Joe Ma), a partner at a law firm, has come into contact with Wu Qinan (Joe Ma) who looks just like him. The two secretly agree to exchange identities for two weeks. Shoucheng will act as Yu Feng's "love substitute". Meanwhile, Qinan, an insignificant person who has failed in life, has to pretend to be Shoucheng as he navigates the relationships between the wife (Alice Chan), the father-in-law (David Chiang) and every crisis that the law firm faces. As the deadline for their identity swap approaches, the two are shocked to realize that their life trajectories are no longer going in the path that they expected...
