Synopsis and Plot Summary
It follows chief economic investigator Xiao Jian repeatedly engaging financial genius Xu Feng in a story about cracking a transnational crime.
Xiao Jian (Yu Yi), the head of the economic investigation team, has managed to solve a case with financial tycoon Xu Feng (Guo Jingfei) as the mastermind. However, it has left a trail that leads to an even larger multinational money laundering group. Xiao Jian chances upon Xu Feng's diary to discover his other identity. The enemy is strong and the pressure is great. Driven by a sense of responsibility and his mission, Xiao Jian is determined to wipe out the criminal organization in one fall swoop.
