Synopsis and Plot Summary
Due to a kidnapping incident, Shen Manning met her doppelganger Zhuang Xinyan. Zhuang Xinyan's subsequent death causes the mysteriously powerful Yan Xingcheng to use his identity as her fiance to force Manning to live her "second life."
The vengeful Yan Xingcheng (Fan Zhixin) is like a strong "poison" while the ordinary Shen Manning (Li Mozhi) is the "antidote." Yan Xingcheng drags Manning into the mayhem within the Zhuang family. From seeing each other as enemies to partners who rely on each other, they discover a shocking truth behind an unsolved case from 17 years ago.
