Synopsis and Plot Summary
After experiencing heartbreak, Qin Xi enters a game only to be met with the surprise of her life when her "boyfriend" in game looks just like her ex. More surprises await as she unlocks a new romance.
Qin Xi (Fan Wei), the art director of a gaming company, may be a bit lovesick but she is independent, strong and highly intelligent. One night, she prepares a late-night snack to reward her boyfriend Jiang Han (Cui Yuxin) for working overtime when she accidentally witnesses his childhood sweetheart, Shen Jingjing (Jia Boya), leaning in to steal a kiss while he was sleeping.
All the disappointment Qin Xi's been accumulating over the past four years erupts in an instant and she breaks up with Jiang Han without a second thought. It so happens that the game "Mess with Your Ex-Boyfriend" shows up on her mobile phone. Qin Xi angrily joins the game to begin a fantasy romance with the boyfriend who has two faces.
