Synopsis and Plot Summary

Zuo Qiandai has liked her classmate Ye Qi for a very long time. He is a steely young man who is secretly a comic artist for the female audience. In the small studio of their comic team, stories about youth, friendship and dreams are intertwined everyday.

Ye Qi (Wang Jingxuan) who's the mysteriously low-key xueba aka curve wrecker of the mathematics department has a secret identity - he's a professional cartoonist for female manhua. As a science student, he actually lacks a certain understanding for the genre since embarking on the path of female manhua wasn't his original plan. He wanted to create manhua for boys but things turned out the way it is. Out of his love for comics, he is nonetheless determined to carry out his dream to the end.

His secret admirer Zuo Qiandai (Shen Yue) is accidentally pulled into Ye Qi's comic team after she tries to confess her feelings to him and fails. Through meeting Qiandai and their frequent interactions, Ye Qi finds his creative inspiration. As the comic team continues to grow together, new opportunities and challenges also follow. In the face of unknown difficulties, the team members experience doubts and quarrels yet eventually hone themselves into a solid comic team.
