- With the anticipation for Light the Night season three, many were surprised that it wasn't set to premiere in February 2022 and speculate that they may be secretly doing reshoots because people were able to guess the culprit. Ruby Lin denied said rumors. She revealed that Light the Night 3 filming has already completed and they are just waiting for an air date.
- It is split into three seasons with 8 episodes each.
- After a cameo in season 1, Wallace Huo will appear in season 2 to avenge his sister's death.
- It reunites Ruby Lin and Wallace Huo who are married in real life. It is their third drama after Sound of Colors in 2006 and Glamorous Imperial Concubine in 2011.
