Synopsis and Plot Summary
After ten years, the mystery killer Darker has returned. With every "death notice," a new murder occurs thus igniting a thrilling chase between cop and bandit.
Serial murders have devastated the whole city. Anyone who receives a "death notice" will be brutally killed on the announced date. In order to solve the case as soon as possible, policeman Luo Fei (Julian Cheung), witness Huang Shaoping (Louis Koo) and special task force agent Han Hao (Francis Ng) enter the deadly contest.
