Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of CCP agent Zhao Wenzhong, code-named "Mountain Leopard", as he fights against Japanese occupation and successfully defends the country's territory and its treasures.
In 1941, various forces entrenched in Zhaocheng had their sights set on China's national treasures. Zhao Wenzhong (Xing Jiadong), a member of the Communist underground, takes on the task of protecting the treasures. As the Japanese military came to supervise the battle, Wen Zhong's first love Li Xiaowan (Qu Yue) also arrives causing Juanzi who is secretly in love with Wen Zhong to be jealous. Meanwhile, bandit Yao Sanhe (Xue Haowen) attempts to win Juanzi's heart by joining the fight. In order to find the treasure map, the Japanese army brutally ravages the villages. Wenzhong's father became the key to this struggle.
