Synopsis and Plot Summary
A story of an internet celebrity's transformation follows Xia Ruxing, a post-90s girl who lived her life without worries. Alas, her father who loves her more than anything in the world suddenly dies and her boyfriend disappears without a trace. Xia Ruxing is left with a spicy hotpot restaurant.
Having lost her loved ones, Xia Ruxing (Hu Bingqing) is not alone for long because her older half-sister Xia Ruyue (Vivian Sung) shows up to take over their spicy hotpot restaurant. Xia Ruxing doesn't even have the recipe in her hands but in order to protect her father's legacy and prove her abilities, she is determined to do whatever it takes to succeed. Having experienced the worst and being subjected to cyberbullying, she manages to comes back strong.
Ruxing and Ruyue join hands in search of the recipe that can save the restaurant. Ruxing even becomes an apprentice of rival chef Li Haoshan (Toby Lee). Feelings of romance spark between Haoshan and Ruxing. At this time, Ruxing's ex-boyfriend Cheng Jie (Wang Qing) reappears. Ruxing also discovers that her sister is attracted to Li Haoshan.
