A modern-day foodie has time-travelled to the Tang Dynasty. She partners up with a cold-faced gentleman to start their journey in the culinary business.
During the Tang Dynasty, Yuan Wan'er (Li Zixuan), a charming chef with outstanding culinary skills, did not forget her original aspiration in spite of the troubles that have come her way. She continues to work hard for her dream to become a famous chef and ultimately establishes the number one restaurant in Chang'An.
