Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of Hu Fei as he ventures into the pugilistic world to avenge his father. From a brave and reckless young man, he transforms into a hero of his generation who is willing to fight for the common good to serve his nation and its people.
Under the reign of Qianlong, Hu Fei (Qin Junjie) embarks on a journey to find the truth behind his father Hu Yidao's death. Along the way, he confronts the tyrannical despot, Feng Tiannan, over the injustices that he has committed. He also falls into a heart-wrenching romance with Feng Tiannan's daughter, Yuan Ziyi (Liang Jie). While looking for medicine to cure Miao Renfeng's (Lin Yushen) eyes, Hu Fei also meets Cheng Lingsu (Fair Xing) who is the apprentice of the Poison Hand Medicine King.
