Synopsis and Plot Summary
The major crimes division has deployed a sting operation to capture an international drug lord when a group of masked gangsters suddenly swooped in and massacred the entire team in cold blood. Police inspector Zhang Chongbang (Donnie Yen) witnessed the killing of his comrades and learns that the criminals who killed his men work under Qiu Gangao (Nicholas Tse). Qiu was once a rising star in the force who looked up to Zhang. However, it was Zhang who pushed him into the abyss of evil after a tragic incident landed him in prison for three years.
