Synopsis and Plot Summary

In the pugilistic world, there are two factions of the tomb sect that have been caught in a long-standing conflict. The story follows the four-member team of Luo Shiqiu, Lin Shuiyao, Lou Manfeng and Han Qianluo as they guard the tombs to protect the world and finally uncover the secrets that have been buried for years.

Legend has it that Luo Wuzi helped in building the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor and constructed nine tombs to store the world's rarest treasures. He was bestowed the title of "King of Tombs" by Qin Shihuang and founded the Tomb Sect that was responsible for the construction and protection of the royal tombs. In order to prevent future generations of the Tomb Sect from stealing from the tombs that they have vowed to safeguard, the sect is divided into two factions under the Luo family and the Murong family whose powers act as a check and balance against each other.

For thousands of years, both factions abided by their duties with the Murong family inheriting the "King of Tombs" for more than ten generations. However, history has entered the turbulent period of the five dynasties and ten kingdoms. After Murong Xian succeeds the throne as the guardian of the tomb, rumors of his greed and theft have spread like wildfire. As such, the balance between the offensive and defensive factions has become increasingly fragile. Luo Shiqiu (Ian Yi), Lin Shuiyao (Wang Yueting), Lou Manfeng (Evan Ma) and Han Qianluo (Sun Lulu) who belong to the offensive faction bravely foray into the Guzi Tomb and overcomes many hardships to emerge victorious.
