Synopsis and Plot Summary

Jingzhe has been turned into a human weapon by a mysterious organization. Known as mercenary X50, he embarks on a hero's journey towards salvation. After experience self-doubt and various struggles, he relies on his willpower to fight for his right to survive in a dark world.

In 2030, five powerful organizations that have control over the world military, economy and technology are conspiring to launch a hidden project. However, Jing Zhe (Jacky Heung) who is the project's most impeccable asset is injured during a mission causing him to have amnesia after the NMR chip in his body goes into lock mode.

At this time, the five leaders of the organizations have separately put a bounty on his head as they compete to have him at their disposal. While trying to recover his memories, Jingzhe becomes acquainted with Tong Xinyao (Gong Mi), a reporter who would fearlessly rush into the tiger's den to expose any wrongdoing. She also offers some clues on the truth about Jingzhe's real identity. The two temporarily partner up for their respective goals.
