Synopsis and Plot Summary
A unique perspective on the love life of a programmer follows Lu Li, a girl who pretends to be a boy to get her dream job and meet her dream guy.
Having fallen for the god of coding Jiang Yicheng (Xing Zhaolin), Lu Li (Zhu Xudan) not only goes to the same school as him but also takes up computer science as her major. With pursuing Jiang Yicheng as her goal, Lu Li replicates his academic track at school and also achieves good grades. However, she is surprised to learn that Jiang Yicheng's startup does not recruit female employees. In order to approach him, Lu Li had no hesitations about disguising herself as a man to join the company, thus starting her battle wits and will against the high and mighty CEO.
Repeated blows at work and increasing suspicions about her real identity makes every step at the workplace very difficult for Lu Li, for the sake of her secret crush, her career and her life's mission, she seizes the opportunity and comes to an agreement with Jiang Yicheng to stay in a contract marriage with him for a duration of one year. Through their sweet interactions living together, Jiang Yicheng slowly falls for Lu Li without realizing it.
