Synopsis and Plot Summary

Tang Zhong walks into a whole new world after he assumes his twin brother Tang Xin's identity to join the idol group Mariposa and attend Fushan University as a student.

Tang Zhong's (Tan Xueliang) life is turned upside down when he gets caught in the struggles on campus, in the entertainment industry and in the power plays of his family after assuming his brother's identity. In the process, he experiences a regretful first love in Qiu Yihan (Su Hao'er) and becomes emotionally linked to Dong Puti (Chen Yanli). Step by step, he overcomes each of his opponents to uncover the truth behind his identity.

Filming took place in Haikou.
Filming wrapped after 84 days from January 2017 to April 6, 2017.
It was supposed to star Chinese actor Ryan Zhang He and South Korean singer and actress Seohyun. The two attended the press conference on June 29, 2016 before filming began.
The cast was changed likely due to the Hallyu Ban in China in 2016.
