In 1945, Zhong Tiehan (Yang Shuo) and Xu Xiaoyue (Zhang Meng) receive orders to travel to Hong Kong to rescue a British agent named White who has been captured by the Japanese army. At this time, Wu Renfu (Xu Zhengxi) and Tsuguchi Seizo (Chen Long) are also on White's trail due to the important military information that he holds.
