Synopsis and Plot Summary
It tells the story of two police officers working together to solve a complicated case surrounding the murder of a beautiful woman.
Zhong Meibao (Angelababy) is a beautiful coffee shop owner who dies mysteriously. As Zhong Jingguo (Guo Tao) and Yang Ruisen (Yang Zishan) launch their investigation, they come across a slew of possible suspects from someone in real estate, an agent, a novelist, a white-collar worker to many other distinct personalities. With one death and eight different stories, can the officers solve the case? What kind of person was Meibao and who killed her?
