Synopsis and Plot Summary

A treasure hunt adventure begins when Pan Jun who descended from a family of physicians and Ouyang Yanyun who hails from the Five Great Families of the Chong tribe embark on a journey to recover a secret that has been buried 20 years ago.

Filming began on November 17, 2019 and wrapped on April 14, 2020.
With the spread of the coronavirus epidemic in China, filming was temporarily halted for some time before it was resumed.
Zhang Mingen and Hu Bingqing were caught in cheating rumors after paparazzi reports that they were allegedly hugging and kissing at a parking lot. Both denied that they were dating and said that they were just at a gathering after filming for Insect Totem wrapped.
