Synopsis and Plot Summary
A story that follows Fu Rong, a daughter born from a family of goldsmiths who runs from her own wedding and meets a prince.
After witnessing her sister's unhappy marriage, Fu Rong (Ju Jingyi) vows to never allow herself to experience the same misfortune. Determined to control her own destiny, Fu Rong flees from her own wedding and arrives at the capital where she meets the proud and arrogant Xu Jin (Zhang Zhehan) by chance.
They join hands to solve the case of the gold-wielding murderer and after overcoming many life and death situations, Fu Rong's intelligence, kindness and strength wins the admiration of Xu Jin. During her most difficult time, Xu Jin aids Fu Rong as she musters the courage to stand up again and find the mastermind who caused her master's death. They also get caught in a rebellious plot brewing in the palace.
