Synopsis and Plot Summary
Set during the founding of the People's Republic of China, the story follows a group of passionate youths who face off against spies that threaten to disrupt the peace.
Shen Hanqiu's (Han Xue) family fell victim to the ruthless T55 and with vengeance in mind, she goes to great lengths to track down her enemy. After the liberation of Su city, Shen Hanqiu whose identity is mired in mystery works as a factory worker. She meets young engineer Su Migtao (Alec Su) and they develop feelings for each other. Through her experiences and the people around her, Shen Hanqiu evolves from a person motivated by personal vendetta to a true youth of the new era.
