Synopsis and Plot Summary

A story about young people in the city and their experiences involving work, family and love. It follows three women in different stages of their lives, how they overcome the problems they face and come into their own.

Li Siyu (Cecilia Liu) and Chen Yiming (Zhu Yilong) are a power couple in the corporate world. She is a successful sales agent while her boyfriend Chen Yuming is a driven manager. Alas, Chen Yuming who takes pride in his work hits rock bottom after losing his job and it brings forth an onslaught of problems in their relationship.

Zhang Zhizhi (Kan Qingzi) and Liu Yang (Peng Guanying) are a married couple. As a mother and a wife, Zhang Zhizhi who works an ordinary job has but a simple dream to care for her family. However, life starts to fall apart when her husband has an affair.

Gu Xiaoling (Chen Miqi) is single and ready to mingle in hopes of marrying an eligible bachelor, but the dating scene is not as easy as she has hoped and she starts to become insecure as she ages. She then meets Lei Haowen (Li Zefeng), the new man in her life.

It is Liu Shishi's comeback drama after giving birth.
Even before the cast was announced, there were many rumors about Liu Shishi and Zhu Yilong starring in a drama together.
Zhu Yilong and Peng Guanying are good friends and classmates from Beijing Film Academy Class 2006.
