Synopsis and Plot Summary
The story uncovers the past of Zhong Sir, Ba Ye and Sima Zhiquan as they face off with the supernatural during the 1980's in Hong Kong .
Peng Baichuan (Adam Cheng) is a Taoist Master and a philosopher. After meeting Zhang Hanzhong (Bryant Mak), Xu Boqiang (Bryan Chan) and Sima Zhiquan (Neo Yau), he takes them in as his disciples. Together, the four repeatedly fend off ghosts and supernatural enemies. The No. 7 Action Team of the Hong Kong Police has also come to them for help in cracking mysterious cases, thus turning them into the first generation of psycho detectives.
