Synopsis and Plot Summary
A psychologist who has opened up a clinic in Taiwan unexpectedly starts on an otherworldly journey of giving counsel to the dead.
Wei Sung-Yen (Jam Hsiao) has achieved both fame and fortune from working in the United States. He returns to Taiwan but refuses to accept invitations from large medical institutions. Instead he opens up his own clinic in an old arcade in Ximending where he has very few patients. One day, a woman visits him in the clinic and encourages him to unleash his full psychic potential. This opens up the door for the doctor to treat ghost patients. He has to accept the fact that humans co-exist with ghosts in the real world. How can he use psychotherapy to help the disenchanted spirits recover from despair?
