Synopsis and Plot Summary
A fairy cat falls in love with a human while an evil lurks to steal her heart.
A poet takes in a tiny cat to his home. The cat cultivates under his influence and becomes learned in the literary arts. She evolves into a fairy cat with a kind heart who helps those in need.
Legend has it that whoever obtains her heart can gain immense power which attracts the unwanted attention of a cruel and violent monk. When the fairy cat is reverted back to her true form due to her injuries, she is rescued by a scholar named Huang Lin. She takes interest in him and transforms back into human form to become a part of his life.
