Synopsis and Plot Summary
A story that follows Yang Kainan's journey as she leads men into battle with the Japanese army.
In the year 1931 at the cusp of the Mukden Incident, the Japanese army hastily plunders mineral resources from the Dongbei region to meet their needs. Yang Kainan (Wang Di) is the orphan daughter of a patriotic general who accidentally gets caught in the middle. After being inspired by Communist party member Mr. Lu, Yang Kainan leads a group of guerrilla fighters to fight an uphill battle.
