Synopsis and Plot Summary
An inspiring love story between two people at the lowest rung of Hong Kong society.
Han Changrong (Anthony Wong) is a middle-aged man who is alone and forgotten by his family after he became paralyzed from the waist down due to an accident. He has lost the desire to dream nor the will to live. Evelyn (Crisel Consunji) is a young Filipina in Hong Kong. Because of practical needs, she is forced to give up on becoming a photographer and makes a living as a domestic worker. That summer, two strangers are put in each other's paths when Evelyn becomes Han Changrong's new domestic worker, thus beginning their story together.
