Synopsis and Plot Summary
During the Warlord Era, the Daoist monk Le Ao kills a general who has been possessed by an evil spirit causing the city to suffer defeat and the people pushed into the brink of despair. Hoping to make things right, Le Ao embarks on a search for the nocturnal medicine journal in order to save the people.
