Synopsis and Plot Summary
Set during the 1960's and the 1970's is a story about young people whose struggles and experiences led to the advancement of Ningxia through 60 years of its development.
Zhao Bingxue (Dai Jiaoqing) has just graduated from university. While trying to hide from her parents who were against her joining an art troupe, she runs into trouble and gets saved by Guan Zhenjiang (Yu Xiaoguang). He was being transported in the same car as her to be investigated by authorities. Their paths cross many times as circumstances reunite and separate them, thus igniting a love story that endures half a century of life-altering changes.
