Synopsis and Plot Summary
A story revolving around a team of anti-corruption operatives trying to put a stop to the biggest financial fraud in Hong Kong.
One day, a woman with an eye injury appears at Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) to sue Huang Wenbin (Gordon Lam) for corruption. Investigator Lu Zhilian (Louis Koo) leads a team to handle the case and discovers that things are a lot more complicated than it seems. At the scene of the crime, Huang Wenbin who is also a cop did not just allow the crime to happen but also became an accomplice. Just as the investigation draws closer to the truth, important witnesses are killed one after the other. With the appearance of Angel (Dada Chan), Lu Zhilian uncovers a secret and realizes that he is facing off against an enormous organization comprised of powerful people.
